Launch Community participants learn by doing. That’s why we call our meetings “Half-time.” They are simply an opportunity to pause once a week and report on what God has been doing in the last six days. We pray and encourage one another, plan our next week of ministry, and discuss books, articles, and Bible passages about relevant topics. When the meeting is over, the real training begins. It’s not enough to just know information about best ministry practices. The heart of a Launch Community is learning to live out these practices in our everyday lives.
