We equip believers for fruitful ministry, whether that be in cross-cultural church planting or mobilizing the body of Christ. Our primary training method is life-on-life discipleship in the context of a missional community.

Currently, we have a three-phase process of development:

Phase 1: Missional Community →

Missional Communities last ten weeks and give participants a first taste of what it is like to be discipled and participate in a disciple-making team. Besides life-on-life discipling, the primary tool we use in the experience is the book Spiritual Multiplication in the Real World and its Study Guide by Bob McNabb.

Phase 2: LAUNCH Community →

Launch Communities are designed for people who desire to be working among an unreached people group within the next one to three years. The nine months of training is conducted as an apprenticeship where participants engage in ministry to internationals under the leadership of an experienced disciple-maker and alongside other apprentices.

Phase 3: LAUNCH Team →

Launch Teams may form from graduates of Launch Communities. They consist of individuals committed to going to the field together as a team. The training they receive includes team building, support raising, and missiological strategy.
